Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 2 cans ITALIAN style stewed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place chicken in greased casserole/baking dish and bake (uncovered) for 25 minutes
While chicken is baking:
- In saucepan, mix tomatoes, corn starch, sugar, oregano & basil
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick
- Once chicken is done, pour sauce mixture over chicken & sprinkle with parmesan cheese
