This fall-inspired pumpkin oatmeal is a delicious breakfast with just 5 minutes prep time required using your slow cooker!

Pumpkin flavored oatmeal in a white bowl topped with raisins and pecans.

Let your slow cooker do the work!  This oatmeal seriously smells like pumpkin pie while it’s cooking… so sweet and savory with the perfect amount of spices and brown sugar.

This recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice which you can purchase, but you probably have all the spices you need on-hand to make your own homemade pumpkin pie spice.

I’m not a huge breakfast eater but have always loved oatmeal.  Sometimes I’ll even eat it for lunch or dinner.  What’s awesome about this recipe is that there’s basically no prep time whatsoever.  Just throw everything in your slow cooker and stir to combine.

And it’s so good topped with chopped pecans and raisins!

Love pumpkin flavor as much as I do?  Check out all of my other pumpkin recipes!

    Enjoy!

Hi Carly, Yes but you might need to add a little water when reheating to get the consistency you want. The longer it sits it will absorb more water and become drier the next day.
        Hope you enjoy!
