Most people that know me well know I loathe cold weather. The holidays, cooking good food, cocktails and gatherings are what truly keep my spirits up during these frigid months. I just can’t tell you enough how much I adore this mimosa. Not only is it crazy easy to make, it tastes phenomenal.
And they’re just as pretty as they can be! My mama gifted me with a beautiful rosemary bush last year and I use rosemary in just about anything that I can. Garnishing these mimosas with a rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries will make your guests (and you!) feel so special. It only takes a couple of extra minutes, so why not?!

- Cranberry juice cocktail
- Orange liqueur (triple sec)
- Your favorite champagne
- Optional: Fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries for garnish
- Fill champagne flutes ⅓ full with cranberry juice cocktail. Add a splash of orange liqueur. Fill remaining ⅔ of glass with champagne.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries, if desired.
