This quick and easy Strawberry Honey Butter is a delicious, fruity twist on honey butter. It’s prepared with just a few simple ingredients and ready to spread on to whatever your heart desires in just 10 minutes!
It’s a perfect spread for bagels, scones, pancakes, toast, muffins, and so much more. I also love it slathered on strawberry pecan bread.
Strawberry Honey Butter Ingredients
- Butter – Salted or unsalted butter will work. I use unsalted butter and add a little kosher salt to the recipe.
- Strawberries – Fresh strawberries that have been hulled (green stems removed) and diced.
- Honey
- Lemon juice
- Kosher salt
How to Prepare
- Beat butter on high speed with a hand mixer in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add strawberries, honey, lemon juice and salt and beat until combined.
How to Store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Strawberry Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter* softened
- 1 cup hulled and diced fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Beat butter on high speed with a mixer in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes), scraping the sides of bowl as needed.
- Add diced strawberries, honey, lemon juice and kosher salt. Beat until combined (about 1 minute).
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Yields approximately 2 cups.
- This will firm as it cools in the fridge – Remove from the refrigerator approximately 10 to 15 minutes before serving to soften so that it’s easier to spread.
- *If using salted butter, omit salt or add salt to your personal taste.
