The classic old-school appetizer that everyone loves gets a bold, flavorful twist in these incredibly easy Everything Bagel Pigs in a Blanket!

These are a perfect addition to your game day appetizer lineup! With just a few simple (and budget-friendly) ingredients required, these little bites of heaven are prepared in under 30 minutes.
What You’ll Need

- Refrigerated crescent rolls
- Cocktail party sausages – AKA “little smokies.”
- Egg wash
- Everything bagel seasoning – also called “everything blend” seasoning.
How to Prepare
The following is a brief overview of how to prepare; please see the recipe card for detailed instructions.

- Separate the dough into triangles. Cut each triangle vertically in the center into two triangles (you’ll have a total of 16 when finished).
- Place a cocktail sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll up the dough around the sausage.
- Arrange the rolled crescents about 2 inches apart on a prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each crescent with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle with the everyday bagel seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown.

Why Use an Egg Wash?
An egg wash is simply a little water and egg whisked together. I like to use it in this recipe because it acts as a binder to adhere the seasoning to the crescents. It also gives them a gorgeous golden brown color.

Serving Suggestions
- Mustard – I love dipping these in just about every type of mustard, including honey mustard, spicy, and dijon.
- Ketchup
- Barbecue sauce
- Ranch dressing
- Spicy mayo
- Red pepper aioli
Storage and Reheating
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat on a baking sheet in the oven at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
