Ingredients
1
(8 ounce)
tube refrigerated crescent rolls
I use Pillsbury original crescents
16
cocktail party sausages
little smokies
1
egg
1
tablespoon
water
1 ¼
teaspoons
everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the dough into triangles on a cutting board. Slice each triangle vertically in the center using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Place each cocktail sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll up the dough around the sausage.
Arrange the crescents on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Place each crescent with the pointed seam side DOWN.
Make the egg wash by whisking together the egg and water in a small bowl.
Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of each crescent lightly with the egg wash (you will have some egg wash left over).
Sprinkle the crescents evenly with the seasoning.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Once cooled, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat on a baking sheet in a 300 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
