    Raspberry Beer Margaritas

I think I have just made my new favorite beer margarita that’s made in a pitcher to serve a crowd:  Raspberry Beer Margaritas.

Dark pink colored margaritas in small jars garnished with fresh raspberries and lime on a skewer.

With Cinco de Mayo approaching, I’ve been racking my brain on a good margarita to make.  I can’t take ALL the credit for this, though.  I leisurely asked a friend for ideas on a good beer margarita recipe.

I was reminded of the Bud Light RAZ-BER-RITA I drank the other day that I absolutely LOVED.  While shopping recently, I came across a bin full of Bud Light’s “rita” beers that were $1 each.  I bought one of each flavor to try them and raspberry was my favorite.

A closeup view of raspberry margaritas in small jars rimmed with salt and garnished with raspberries and lime.

    Eureka!  I said, “OH HEEELLLLL”.

Because honestly, that’s what I say when I get excited about something.  I knew exactly what I was gonna do for a new awesome beer margarita.

A can of limeade concentrate, club soda, tequila, kosher salt, a can of raspberry beer and a lime.

Here are your oh so simple ingredients:  tequila, limeade concentrate, an 8 ounce can of Bud Light’s Raz-Ber-Rita and club soda.  You’ll also need salt and lime to rim your glass with.  Use the empty limeade can for 12 ounce measurements of the tequila and club soda.

And if you want to get all fancy, throw some fresh raspberries on a skewer for a pretty garnish.

I hope you and your friends enjoy these delicious beer margaritas as much as I did.  Please drink responsibly… and enjoy!

What can you use if you can’t find the limeade concentrate?

Hi Kathy, limeade concentrate is a crucial ingredient in this recipe – I have never substituted anything for it, but there are are several recipes online for homemade limeade concentrate (I don’t have one, otherwise I’d share it with you!). I hope you enjoy it! 🙂

Have you tired to freeze these before to turn it into a slushy drink? I’m thinking that would be awesome.

Do you also use the water listed for the limeade concentrate?
