The classic piña colada gets a festive holiday twist in these delicious frozen Cranberry Coladas!

Not only are these pretty to look at, but they are also dangerously delicious. With just a few simple ingredients, you will be the star holiday hostess – because everyone will LOVE these frozen holiday drinks with a tropical twist!
Cranberry Piña Colada Ingredients

- Cream of coconut – Gives this cocktail its sweet and tropical coconut flavor. Cream of coconut is typically found in the grocery store in the section with cocktail mixers. Please note that cream of coconut and coconut cream are not the same. You will need cream of coconut for this recipe.
- Pineapple juice
- Cranberry juice – You’ll need 100% cranberry juice (not the cocktail blend). It is labeled “100% juice,” and its flavor is more tart than cranberry juice blend.
- White rum – Use your favorite brand.
- Ice – (not shown in photo).

Garnish Ideas
Although garnishes are totally optional, I highly recommend them for a little added festive flair. Ideas are:
- Fresh cranberries threaded onto cocktail picks.
- Pineapple wedges
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
How to Prepare
Place ice in your blender pitcher. Pour in cream of coconut, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and rum. Cover your blender pitcher and blend until smooth.
Please note that you will need a blender with a high-capacity pitcher for this recipe (my blender has a 60-ounce pitcher capacity). If your blender has a smaller capacity, I recommend blending in smaller batches.

Cheers, and happy holidays to you and your family!
