A good friend gave me this recipe; he called it “Pop’s Corn Pudding”.Print
- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients and place into a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
