I typically find myself breaking out my blender for cocktails when it’s time to entertain. My new favorite frozen cocktail for fall is this Pumpkin Kahlúa Colada!

There’s just something about the roar of a blender in the midst of your company mingling; it’s always been music to my ears because I always know something awesome is getting ready to come out of that pitcher.
Since I got my hands on a bottle of Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice, I’ve been brainstorming on how to use it. My awesome co-worker, Rhonda suggested a Pumpkin Kahlúa Colada… GENIUS! I always like to give credit where it is due, so thanks, Rhonda! You freakin’ ROCK!
This is the PERFECT frozen cocktail for fall entertaining. I’m getting ready to move soon and am planning on having a get-together before Thanksgiving… I’ll definitely be making a few pitchers of these! This cocktail tastes like a piña colada with a hint of buttery pumpkin and spice. WORD!

- 1 part Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
- 1 part cream of coconut
- 4 parts ice
- Whipped cream
- Ground nutmeg
- In a blender, blend ice, Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice Liqueur and cream of coconut until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
