This Planter’s Punch Cocktail is easy, delicious and refreshing!
The Planter’s Punch Cocktail originated in Jamaica and is prepared several different ways. There are tons of variations on how to make it. I searched the web just to see how many recipes I could find… WOW!
Today I thought I’d share one of my favorite cocktails and one of my favorite places with you all. Warm weather isn’t over where I live on the coast of NC just yet. I am fortunate enough to have a little beach within walking distance of my home.
This is the place I walk my dog Chance, and where I visit to unwind and reflect on life. I can’t think of anything more relaxing than being on the beach with my dog and this cocktail!
This is how I like to prepare my Planter’s Punch: 2 parts dark rum, 2 parts orange juice, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1/2 part lemon juice, 1/2 part lime juice and a splash of grenadine.
You can also prepare it by the pitcher for those last warm weather get-togethers.
