Cranberry Coladas
The classic piña colada gets a festive holiday twist in these easy and delicious frozen cranberry coladas!

- 8 cups ice I use bagged crushed ice
- ¾ cup 100% cranberry juice NOT cranberry juice cocktail
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¾ cup cream of coconut NOT coconut cream
- ¾ cup white rum
Place ice in a high capacity blender pitcher. Pour in cranberry juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and rum.
Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish (if desired), and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields approximately 52 ounces (6 ½ cups).
- If using a smaller capacity blender pitcher (my blender pitcher has a 60-ounce capacity), divide recipe in half.
- Garnish ideas include pineapple wedges, fresh cranberries threaded onto cocktail picks, and fresh rosemary sprigs.
