This Bear Juice Cocktail prepared with peach schnapps, cranberry juice and whiskey is easy, delicious and refreshing!
I felt it was appropriate to make a cocktail with whiskey and peaches for “Thirsty Thursday” today; being that this is the month of celebrating peaches.
And you know us southerners like to sit on our front porches in the evenings, sip from jars and “people watch”. Well, l do. It’s my nightly summer entertainment! 🙂
Here are the simple ingredients to the ‘ole Bear Juice Cocktail: Canadian Whiskey (I used Crown Royal, of course), cranberry juice, peach schnapps and optional fresh peach slices for garnish.

- 1 part Canadian Whiskey (I used Crown Royal)
- 1 part peach schnapps
- 1 part cranberry juice
- Sliced fresh peaches, for garnish (optional)
- Pour whiskey, peach schnapps and cranberry juice in a glass with ice. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with sliced peach, if desired.
