It literally takes less than 5 minutes to throw the ingredients in a small pitcher (or large measuring cup), give it a stir and pour into popsicle molds.Ā The hard part is waiting for them to freeze!
I’ve always LOVED popsicles as a kid on hot summer days… eating these popsicles brought back so many childhood memories (and it’s so hard to eat just one!).
Can I make these PiƱa Colada Popsicles non-alcoholic?
Yes, you can!Ā Simply omit the rum in this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1–Ā½ cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- Ā½ cup cream of coconut
- ā cup white rum (omit for non-alcoholic popsicles)
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients in a small pitcher or large measuring cup.Ā Stir to combine.
- Pour into popsicle molds, place a popsicle stick into each mold and cover.Ā Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen firm.
