It literally takes less than 5 minutes to throw the ingredients in a small pitcher (or large measuring cup), give it a stir and pour into popsicle molds. The hard part is waiting for them to freeze!

Can I make these Piña Colada Popsicles non-alcoholic?
Yes, you can! Simply omit the rum in this recipe.
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup white rum (omit for non-alcoholic popsicles)
- Pour all ingredients in a small pitcher or large measuring cup. Stir to combine.
- Pour into popsicle molds, place a popsicle stick into each mold and cover. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen firm.
