Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli about 1 pound, cut into 1-½ inch florets (about 6 cups of florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F. Toss the broccoli with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until coated as evenly as possible.
  • Arrange the broccoli in a single layer in the basket of your air fryer (all the florets will not fit in a single layer; you'll be cooking in batches).
  • Cook for 7 to 9 minutes, flipping the broccoli (or shaking the basket) halfway through. Cook until the edges are slightly charred and crisp to your liking.
