Frozen Piña Colada

This frozen pina colada is a delicious combination of cream of coconut, white rum, pineapple juice, and ice that is blended together resulting in the ultimate tropical summer cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • ½ cup cream of coconut
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup white rum
  • pineapple wedge, pineapple leaf, and/or maraschino cherry optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place crushed ice in your blender pitcher.  Pour in cream of coconut, pineapple juice and rum. 
  • Cover and blend until smooth.  Add more ice for a thicker consistency, if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaf, and/or a maraschino cherry, if desired.

Notes

  • Substitute extra pineapple juice in place of rum to make this non-alcoholic.
  • This recipe yields approximately 24 ounces.
