Mediterranean Salad
This refreshing Mediterranean Salad is full of crisp romaine lettuce, vegetables, and feta cheese tossed in a flavorful Greek dressing.

Ingredients
For the dressing:

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

minced fresh garlic

Italian seasoning

dried oregano

For the salad:

tightly packed chopped romaine lettuce

pitted and halved kalamata olives

halved cherry or grape tomatoes

thinly sliced cucumbers
cut into half moons

thinly sliced red onion

crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or large measuring cup.
Toss together lettuce, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing and toss again to coat as evenly as possible.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
