  • Total Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
  • Approximately 1/2 tablespoon butter (for lightly buttering pan)
  • 3 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts (or pecans)
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips/butterscotch chips)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly butter 9×14 pan and line with parchment paper, leaving enough paper hanging over sides to easily remove bars.
  3. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly in the bottom of pan using a fork or back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle coconut over crust, then chocolate chips.
  5. Evenly drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chocolate chips.
  6. Top with nuts.
  7. Bake (uncovered) for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.
