Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
  • Pretzels, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, beer and ranch dressing mix until well incorporated. Add cheddar cheese and bacon pieces and stir well with a large spoon to combine.
