Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
Break the candy coating into squares (if you're using blocks) and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the candy coating in the microwave according to the package instructions.
Pour the melted candy coating onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a layer about ¼-inch thick.
Arrange pretzel sticks onto the melted candy coating, then place the candies as evenly as possible around the pretzel sticks. Sprinkle evenly with the sprinkles.
Allow to cool and set (about an hour), then gently break into pieces.
