Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This delicious dressing with simple ingredients is prepared in just 10 minutes. Homemade ranch dressing has never been easier!

Ingredients

  • cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe yields approximately 1 ¾ cups, which is 14 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
  • Store in a tightly sealed airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.  Please keep in mind that how long the dressing will last is dependent upon the freshness of the ingredients used.
  • If using dried herbs, use 1 teaspoon of each instead of 1 tablespoon.
