Cucumber Ranch Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne pasta (or short pasta of your choice) cooked according to package directions, drained and rinsed with cold water.
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Cucumber Ranch Dressing
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, or about 2 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow or red onion
  • 2 (2.5 ounce drained weight) cans sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) package bacon recipe pieces (about 3/4 cup)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain with cold water.
  2. Place drained pasta in a large bowl and add the Hidden Valley® Cucumber Ranch dressing. Stir well to coat pasta.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir to incorporate.
