You’re gonna want to break out your biggest coffee mug and light the fire when you make this White Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Cocktail! The flavors of sweet white chocolate, tart raspberries and buttery amaretto come together in this hot coffee cocktail to warm you up and wind you down this holiday season.

Today’s recipe is sponsored by WhiteWave Foods. The opinions and text are all mine.

Two coffee cocktails topped with whipped cream in glass mugs.

As much as I dislike winter, I LOVE this time of year. The holidays are what make winter bearable to me… all of the fellowship, delicious food and festive cocktails make the hustle and bustle worthwhile. I admit that I’m one of those last-minute procrastinators and wait until about now to start my Christmas shopping. I keep telling myself that one day I’ll start earlier, but it never happens!

It seems like I’ve always worked harder and had better outcomes under pressure, anyway. I was recently shopping at Target — I just love seeing all of the holiday decorations in the store – and believe it or not, everyone I came across was happy and smiling! I bought this International Delight White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer, and knew EXACTLY what I was going to do with it when I got home that evening. Mixing it with hot coffee and amaretto, then topping it with whipped cream, cinnamon and nutmeg resulted in something just magical! 🙂

I sat by my Christmas tree in my fuzzy pajama pants that evening with my dog (Baby) sipping on this coffee after a long day of errands and Christmas shopping. It’s those kinds of memories that make the holidays special to me. 🙂

What do you do for “me time” during the hustle and bustle of the holidays? Cheers and happy cooking! 🙂
