Easy Lasagna Soup

All the flavors of classic lasagna are brought together in this hearty lasagna soup prepared in one pot for easy cleanup!

Ground beef Olive oil Onion Bell pepper Garlic Marinara sauce Chicken broth Canned tomatoes Seasonings Lasagna noodles

Soup Ingredients

Ricotta cheese Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Black pepper

Cheese Topping Ingredients

Brown the beef and drain off the fat in a colander.

Sauté onions and bell pepper, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Return the browned beef to the pot with the veggies and add sauce, broth, tomatoes and seasonings.

Bring to a simmer and add lasagna noodles that have been broken into bite size pieces. Cook until the pasta is tender.

Prepare the cheese mixture by stirring together the cheeses and pepper until combined.

 Ladle soup into bowls and top with a dollop of the cheese mixture.
