Easy Chinese Pepper Steak

This delicious Chinese Pepper Steak uses simple ingredients and is prepared in under 30 minutes!

 Ingredients

Flank steak Bell peppers Garlic Sugar Onion Ground ginger Soy sauce Worcestershire sauce Vegetable oil Cornstarch Sesame seeds 

Ingredients List

Whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Cook the peppers, onions and garlic.  Transfer to a plate.

Cook the beef for about 5 minutes, or until browned on both sides and fully cooked.

Return the peppers and onions to the skillet with the beef and stir to combine.

Pour in the sauce and stir.  Cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
