Marshmallow-Topped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) sweet potatoes, drained & mashed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Approximately 1520 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients (except marshmallows) until blended
  3. Spoon into casserole dish
  4. Top with marshmallows
  5. Bake approximately 20 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned
