- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1–1/4 cups olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a jar or container with a lid in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
