Ingredients
- Graham crackers – about 2 sleeves
- 1 (24 ounce) package vanilla flavored almond bark
- Green food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 cups robin eggs candy
Instructions
- Place coconut in a Ziploc bag. Place 3 to 4 drops of green food coloring in a teaspoon of water and pour it over coconut. Shake bag to evenly distribute color.
- Line a 15×10 baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Lay graham crackers over parchment or wax paper in a single layer.
- Melt almond bark according to package directions (I microwaved mine) and spread it evenly over graham crackers. Sprinkle evenly with coconut and top with robin eggs.
- Allow chocolate to cool and set, then break into small pieces.
