Easter Bark

  • Graham crackers – about 2 sleeves
  • 1 (24 ounce) package vanilla flavored almond bark
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups robin eggs candy


  1. Place coconut in a Ziploc bag. Place 3 to 4 drops of green food coloring in a teaspoon of water and pour it over coconut. Shake bag to evenly distribute color.
  2. Line a 15×10 baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.  Lay graham crackers over parchment or wax paper in a single layer.
  3. Melt almond bark according to package directions (I microwaved mine) and spread it evenly over graham crackers. Sprinkle evenly with coconut and top with robin eggs.
  4. Allow chocolate to cool and set, then break into small pieces.
