Today I’m sharing a quick and easy meal prepared in ONE SKILLET for those crazy, hectic weeknights when you’re strapped for time but want a hearty meal prepared at home. I recently made this Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo when life was a whirlwind to say the least.
Oh yes, what a crazy time it has been! My mom was recently in the hospital and I’ve been under the weather too. I tried to visit as much as possible, but I so much worried that I’d give her whatever seasonal sickness I had on top of what she already had going on. Today I’m finally feeling human after almost 2 weeks! Mama is home too and on the mend.
What I love about Tyson® Meal Kits is that they’re delicious and come together so easily (and in one skillet!). No matter if you’re under the weather (like I was) or in a hurry, these meal kits are a speedy solution to having a home cooked meal at home.
I purchased my meal kit at Publix in the “ready to cook” section of the fresh meat case. There are several options to choose from including this One Skillet Beef Marinara that I made over the busy holidays (it was delicious as well!).
You’re just 3 easy steps and about 15 minutes away from a complete home cooked meal with this kit: Brown the chicken in a skillet, add the pasta, add the sauce and heat thoroughly (complete instructions provided on package). BAM and DONE. I topped mine with some fresh topped parsley for garnish. I think adding mushrooms and/or broccoli would be a great addition, too!
