If I’m not at home developing recipes or working on my blog in the summer, most of the time you can bet I’m out and about somewhere… most likely on the water. If I don’t get my morning walk or run in before I head out, I’ll bring my board with me on the boat so I can get a little exercise in.
I love wake boarding! That’s actually a kite board I’m using and it works fine… I used to kite surf but haven’t been in a good while (I need a kite!). Thanks to my best friend Melissa for taking this picture before I wiped out! 🙂
Wakeboarding is awesome exercise and I can definitely feel it the next day if I haven’t been in a while. If we’re in a hurry to get out and play, blending up a healthy and filling smoothie like this Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a perfect way to get my tummy full and vitamins in. I can even take it in a plastic cup with me on the way to the boat ramp!
What’s your favorite way to use almondmilk?
