- 1 (1.5-liter) bottle pinot grigio
- 3/4 cup peach liqueur
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup club soda
- 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
- 3 (6-inch) sprigs of fresh rosemary and extra rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Pour wine, peach liqueur, simple syrup and club soda into a pitcher. Add sliced peaches and rosemary. Stir to combine.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
