Summer is my favorite season of the year… one of the reasons being that I get to break out my blender and mix up all kinds of frozen treats. I absolutely LOVE iced coffee. I love it even more in this Banana Caramel Iced Coffee Shake!
When I was asked to work with International Delight Iced Coffee, I knew it would be a blast coming up with a simple frozen treat that would make the blazing summer heat a little more bearable for you.
Most of the items you probably already have on-hand to make this awesome shake: bananas, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Now all you have to do is pick yourself up a carton of International Delight’s Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee and you’ll be set!
If you want to get all fancy, drizzle some caramel sauce, sprinkle some sprinkles and top the whipped cream with a maraschino cherry. Everything’s better with a cherry on top.

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 small banana
- ⅔ cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
- Whipped Cream
- Optional: caramel sauce, sprinkles & maraschino cherry for garnish
- In a blender, blend ice cream, banana and iced coffee until smooth. Pour into a glass & top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with caramel sauce, sprinkles and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
