This is a super quick and easy ICE CREAM cocktail that will make you feel like you’re in the tropics… I call it a Spiced Banana Cream Cocktail.
What’s more comforting than ice cream? Mixin’ it with booze, that’s what (for adults, anyway!). With summer quickly approaching, I’m finding myself thinking of cocktails that I can whip up in my blender in a moment’s notice.
I recently bought a half gallon of vanilla ice cream to have around since it’s so HOT outside!
I never ended up eating it… SO I SPIKED IT AND DRANK IT.
It was as simple as blending the vanilla ice cream with Blue Chair Bay’s Spiced Coconut Rum, cream of coconut and bananas.
Zip. Done.
When Blue Chair Bay Rum asked me if I wanted to be a part of their Blogtender Nation to celebrate National Beverage Day on May 6, of course I accepted. Because anyone that knows me knows I’m all about beverages.
Their Spiced Coconut Rum was so smooth and full of flavor… I can’t wait to try it in another cocktail.
Disclosure: A bottle of Blue Chair Bay Rum was provided to me for review, and another bottle for a giveaway (giveaway now closed). All opinions shared are my own. Please drink responsibly!

Ice, 7Up, slice of lime, sprig of fresh mint, and BCB Spiced Coconut Rum. Sit back and watch the sunset while sippin’ on this. Yum.

I will mix it with diet Mountain Dew and some cherry juice.

I would have it for a guava pineapple mixed drink and shots for everyone while playing pirates dice listening to Kenny Chesney radio on my Pandora station hanging by the pool!

I LOVE BCB and the spiced coconut rum is my favorite. It mixes well with tons of different things but my favorite right now is just rum & unsweet tea.

I think it would make a great mixer for a Pain Killer drink!
