Tropical Cookie Cocktail

The arrival of September has me baffled as to where the last three months of my life have gone…you know, SUMMER?

So I had to come up with some crazy drink that I could throw an umbrella in.  It’s mixed with Pinnacle Cookie Dough Vodka, but tastes almost like a sweet iced coffee.  I think if I were somewhere tropical, this is what I’d have for breakfast. 

And I’m soooo going to make it for my mom, given her love affair with coffee.   However, I think this one might get her in trouble, as it’s another one that you can barely taste the alcohol in…so be careful, peeps. 

This cocktail is prepared with Pinnacle Cookie Dough Vodka, kahlua, and pineapple coconut juice.  And if you don’t like sweet drinks, this is probably not for you.    If you’ve had a raging sweet tooth like I’ve had here lately, bottoms up.  Cheers!
