Super Simple Margherita Pizza

I never like to waste food.  Since it’s just my husband & myself, I find that I frequently have left-over ingredients.  I try to “recycle” as much as possible, & use the leftover wheat tortillas from my healthy shrimp taco recipe as an easy way to make quick  margherita personal pizzas.  It is very healthy, yet satisfies my love for pizza.  :-)
