Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (or dried, but fresh is better!)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- Dash of soy sauce
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together
- Form patties
- Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees
